I do have some topics stored up
infrastructural welfare-buying cows not milk.
The bike pipe.
Tracking the elevator to space.
vertucal gardening revisited.
etc.
but today I want to talk about just nothing.
I mean that is a thing I've got from the blogs I've been following.
Sometimes all there is is a mood or a line of text.
A textural photograph, some wind sounds...
I have to go for that today. The zen blog.
One of the first things I have to prove to myself is that it doesn't have
to be earth changing. A day's
journal entry can be a walk to the river and back with the dog. There can
be a special light, or wind, that
you may remark on.
A song, a photo, it all gets checked into the archives...
blogs are deeply impersonal in that you are talking to a machine, but deeply
human in that you get a reaction,
an impression in numbers...where people read, what paths they follow.
The sentence I am typing is the sentence you are reading, and that transmission
might have taken hours or days or weeks or (decades or centuries?) go out
for a long pass I'll throw it.
blog on.
