                  As the world becomes more crowded, it comes to mind that
the oceans, covering most of the earth's space may increasingly beome
places that people live.

          Before looking at the speculative side of this , what about existing on
ocean living?  Well, asia has a lot of people who lived on boats, mostly in
rivers. B.C. has people living on float camps in small harbours all up and down
our coast.... Oil rigs show a new way that people could live over the sea...

There are super big cruise ships , floating real estate coming .
